Loss or damage to the Vehicle due to road accidents/natural calamities/fire/theft etc.

Liabilities for a third party due to a motor accident

যাত্রীদের জন্য ব্যক্তিগত দুর্ঘটনা বীমা।
Act Liability to Third Parties
তৃতীয় পক্ষের প্রতি আইনি দায়ভার
Subject to the limit of liability, the insurer will indemnify the insured against all sums including claimants’ costs and expenses for which the insured shall become legally liable to pay as per provision of the Act, under the following circumstances:
দায়িত্বের সীমা বিবেচনায়, বীমাকারী বীমাপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তিকে আইন অনুযায়ী যে সকল অর্থ (যাতে দাবি কারীর খরচ ও অন্যান্য ব্যয় অন্তর্ভুক্ত) প্রদান করতে হবে, সেই সমস্ত অর্থের ক্ষতিপূরণ দেবে নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিতে:

In respect of the death of or bodily injury to any person or damage to any property of third party caused by or arising out of the use of the Motor Vehicle in a public place.
জনসম্মুখ স্থানে মোটরযান ব্যবহারের কারণে তৃতীয় পক্ষের যেকোন ব্যক্তি মৃত্যুবরণ বা শারীরিক ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হওয়া অথবা তাদের সম্পদের ক্ষতি হওয়া। -
In respect of the death of or bodily injury to any passenger of public service vehicle caused by or arising out of the use of the Motor Vehicle in a public place.
জনসেবা যানবাহনের যেকোন যাত্রীর মৃত্যু বা শারীরিক ক্ষতি, যা মোটরযান ব্যবহারের কারণে জনসম্মুখ স্থানে ঘটে।
